Information you provide
We collect your name, email, selected service, country, working time zone, preferred language, inquiry message and consent. Company / startup / project is required; phone number is optional, and its calling country is required when a number is provided. Required fields allow us to respond and coordinate work. You may contact us by email instead of using the form. Do not include passwords, identity documents, financial information or other sensitive data.
Purpose and consent
We use this information to assess your request, respond, prepare a proposal and coordinate a potential engagement. The form asks for your affirmative consent. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for advertising audiences. We may also process limited technical information to protect the site, prevent abuse and investigate delivery failures.
Providers and processing locations
Microsoft Azure hosts the website and processes inquiries and email delivery. Titan Mail receives our business email. Cloudflare protects the site and provides Turnstile, which processes device and connection signals, including IP-related information, to detect abuse. Google Fonts may receive a request from your browser to display typography. These providers may process information internationally, including in the United States. Access to inquiries is limited to the service operator and providers needed to handle them; we may disclose information where required by law. Wise is a separate payment provider reached only through a payment link; do not enter payment details in this form.
Storage and retention
Inquiries are temporarily queued for email processing and received in our business mailbox. Successful queue jobs are removed; failed jobs are eligible for cleanup after one day. Diagnostic delivery receipts have a seven-day expiry. Email correspondence is retained while needed for follow-up, an engagement or applicable legal obligations, and reviewed for deletion when no longer necessary. We have not yet introduced a dedicated customer database. Infrastructure backups and provider security records can follow separate retention schedules.
Browser storage and security
The site stores your appearance preference locally in your browser. Security services may use necessary browser storage or cookies according to their configuration. We do not currently use advertising pixels. Technical monitoring is configured to exclude inquiry content and contact details; infrastructure providers still process operational records. We use TLS, restricted access and server-side validation; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Include only enough information to locate your inquiry, such as its reference. We may verify ownership without requesting unnecessary documents. Withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing; records needed for legal obligations may be retained. We handle requests without charge and within applicable legal deadlines. The service is intended for business inquiries, not for collecting information from children.
Updates and third-party information
We update this notice as the service changes. Review the date above and the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice linked below. On our static preview site, the form downloads a summary on your device rather than submitting an inquiry; email processing applies to athenasolutionscr.com.
