Azure consulting for cloud engineering and AI

Athena Solutions helps teams make practical decisions about Microsoft Azure, resolve technical problems and connect cloud platforms with business applications. Work with an Azure consultant who can follow a problem across infrastructure, identity, networking, application code and billing, rather than treating each layer in isolation.

What to expect from Azure experts

You may have an application that fails only in production, growing cloud spending without a clear owner, or an AI prototype that now needs controlled access to real systems. A useful engagement starts by defining the business impact, the current evidence and the constraints that an implementation must respect.

We can assess an existing environment, scope a specific improvement or help deliver a new workload. The recommendation should fit your team, budget and operating model. Rebuilding an environment is one option among others; a targeted change may be the better decision.

Engineering across the Azure workload

  • Architecture and landing zones: subscription organization, governance, deployment boundaries and a foundation for future workloads.
  • Networking and identity: virtual networks, private and public connectivity, DNS, Microsoft Entra ID, access roles and managed identities.
  • Applications and infrastructure: App Service, Linux and Windows virtual machines, Docker, ARM templates, open-source components and IaaS/PaaS decisions.
  • Data, billing and operations: database connectivity, resource utilization, billing analysis, observability and specialized troubleshooting.
  • Agentic AI and APIs: retrieval from approved information, business API integration, tool permissions, human approval and evaluation of application behavior.

Define the outcome before making changes

An architecture review can produce a current-state diagram, an evidence-based risk register and a prioritized implementation plan. A delivery engagement can include application changes, infrastructure templates, configuration, verification steps and operational documentation. These are examples of possible deliverables; the proposal and contract define what is included.

For cost optimization, we distinguish confirmed waste from recommendations that need measurement. For support, we agree on coverage, escalation and responsibilities. For AI, we establish acceptable behavior, data boundaries and approval points. Savings, response targets and availability commitments depend on the agreed scope.

Experience behind the engagement

The founder brings seven years of prior professional experience: five at Microsoft and two in its vendor support ecosystem at Tek Experts. That career included supporting Fortune 500 organizations as Microsoft customers. It does not describe a current Athena Solutions customer portfolio.

Personal credentials include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified Trainer. These credentials describe the founder’s qualifications; Athena Solutions does not claim Microsoft partner status.

Start with your goal and constraints

Tell us what needs to improve, which Azure services are involved, how the issue affects your business and your working time zone. Include relevant constraints such as deployment windows, dependencies or access restrictions. Share sanitized symptoms and diagrams rather than passwords, keys or customer data.

We work in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Discovery, implementation, handover and any ongoing engineering are scoped in writing. You can also contact [email protected] to discuss whether an engagement fits your needs.
